Dear student,
The Annual Diploma Awarding Ceremony of the University Colleges will be held on the 24th February 2023 at BMICH, Colombo.
Students who have successfully completed the following National Diploma and Higher National Diploma courses conducted by the University College of Jaffna are eligible to be awarded certificates at this awarding ceremony.
- Building Service Technology
- Construction Technology
- Cosmetology
- Farm Machinery Technology
- Food Technology
- Hospitality Management
- Mechatronics Technology
- Production Technology
If you are willing to attend the awarding ceremony, please fill Annex I and questionnaire , submit at Admin office or send by Registered post on or before 31st January 2023. Clearance should be done by submitting the clearance form with Student ID and Library cards on that day.
Diploma Awarding fee is Rs.5000/= and payment should be made to any branch of People’s Bank to the Account No.162100100045947 of University College of Jaffna, Jaffna University Branch. The original receipt of payment and completed Annex I should be submitted along with the application to the Assistant Registrar.
Even if you are not attending to the ceremony, the fee must be paid , the receipt , completed Annex II and questionnaire must be submitted at Admin office on or before 31st January 2023.
The details of the dates of collecting cloaks from Admin office of UCJ and the decision of allowing the accompanied person inside of the ceremony hall will be informed through our website in due course.
