HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN BUILDING SERVICES TECHNOLOGY
Building services technology refers to the process of designing, installing, and maintaining the various systems and infrastructure necessary for a building to function efficiently and provide essential services to its occupants. These services include heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical and electrical systems. The building services technology industry focuses on creating comfortable, safe, and sustainable built environments by integrating these systems effectively.
Entry Qualifications
G.C.E A/L Qualification
Pass in Science( Maths) or Technology(ET) Stream or Art with credit pass for Hard Technology (Civil Technology)
OR
NVQ Qualification
NVQ Level 4 certificate in Electrician, Refrigerator and AC mechanic, Construction site Supervisor, Building Service Technician, Plumber, and Elevator Technician.
